Rules & Regulations
1. The rules and regulations are applicable to every single cadet and will remain same for everyone. Rules and regulations can be changed without any prior information.
2. Code of conduct, disobedience, misbehavior, absenteeism or violating the common campus rules may barr the student from the academy.
3. Fees once paid is not refundable or transferrable for any reason under any-circumstance.
4. Requests for leave will not be granted unless an emergency situation arises.
5. Academy is not responsible for any kind of injury during training & practical.
6. Students caught smoking in the campus or with any intoxicants may be subjected to temporary/permanent suspension from campus.
7. Mobile phones are not allowed in all the campus.
8. The cost of damage to the property of the academy will be borne by the individual trainee or the whole batch.
9. After admission, original certificates will be retained by academy and will be returned only after successful completion of course.
10. In case of any disputes, director's decision will be final.
11. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur courts only.
12. After completions of Training, SMA will not be responsible for any type of claims.
